Knives made of high-quality Ferrinox 18/10 stainless steel with high carbon content 1.4028/X30Cr13. An important feature of this steel is that it is resistant to all types of scratches and scuffs and is characterized by increased resistance to abrasion and corrosion. The blade is made of chrome-molybdenum steel, exceptionally hard, resistant to deformation, and susceptible to sharpening.
